The hottest trend in the industry today is the Smartcard -- cards with embedded integrated circuits.  These cards are used for everything from prepaid services to recording health records to storing points in upgraded gift and loyalty cards.

VCT produces millions of Smartcards each year. This includes memory cards and microprocessor cards which can be contact cards, contactless cards or dual interface Hybrid cards. We utilize leading smartcard chip operating systems, including Java Card® and MULTOS®.

Contactless Cards 

VCT wide ranging capabilities provide our clients with a one-stop shop for both contact and contactless products.  VCT is certified by both Visa and MasterCard for their respective Visa payWave and MasterCard PayPass products.  These certifications give our financial clients the assurance that our contactless products are manufactured with the highest quality of workmanship – as is true with all VCT products.

In addition to payWave and PayPass, VCT has produced contactless products for many different applications over the years.
