Secure Card Manufacturing
VCT produces over 2 billion cards a year in a secure environment that exceeds the standards set by America's largest financial institutions. We’re certified by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for bank and credit card printing.
Three alarm systems monitored internally by security staff protect the perimeter, internal production areas and vault. These systems are the same as those used by private financial institutions, FBI, State Police, IRS, and numerous other public and private institutions that require the highest levels of security.
Our security systems include:
- U.L. Grade AA Redundant Alarm Systems Communications – Our alarm system utilizes both the local telephone network and an independent wireless link to our monitoring station.
- Closed Circuit Television Monitoring -- We monitor and record over 40 different cameras located inside and outside our facility. All cameras record 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Each shipment is recorded by eight different cameras, regardless of the nature of the card involved.
- Our Secure Vault --For customers who request or require vault storage, VCT offers protection/storage for two million finished cards in our secure walk-in vault. Built on-site, this vault features time-locking and a dual-control day door. This exceeds the security requirements of both VISA and MasterCard.
