Versatile Card Technology Acquires QualTeq

Versatile Card Technology, Inc. (VCT), - a world leader in card technology and manufacturer of secure and non-secure cards, contactless cards, SmartCards and software integration, with sales, service and production facilities in Germany, India, Turkey, Singapore, Mexico and Brazil – announced today that it has acquired QualTeq Inc. of South Plainfield, NJ, and joins VCT as a Visa/MasterCard certified manufacturer of plastic cards.

QualTeq Inc., with capacity in excess of 100 million secure transaction cards per year, will join the VCT group of companies which include: Creative Automation, Unique Embossing Services, Unique Mailing Services, Unique Data Services, Automated Presort, Global Card Services and Fulfillment Xcellence Inc.
